The Sales Manager has overall responsibility for meeting sales targets; finding and developing new clients; preparing plans, proposals, and quotes; and contributing to sales materials to support our work.
Range of Responsibilities
Day to day
Managing a pipeline of work
Ownership of the sales process
Liaison with operations team to transition from sales to delivery
Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs
Work independently to identify new business leads
Helping to scope and plan work as part of the sales process
Active engagement with clients including entertainment
Contributing to marketing activities and liaison with the marketing team
Liaising with our development team for technical input
Documenting procedures and coaching others
Some outbound lead development using Linkedin, phone and email campaigns.

Skills & Abilities
Written English: You’ll be particularly adept with written English, with great spelling, grammar, and proof-reading skills. Ability to write compelling content for sales, marketing, and education purposes.
Computer Literacy: Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, WordPress and ability to type quickly is preferable
Industry Knowledge: Candidates with some knowledge or understanding of web development, app development or software development processes and practices would be preferable.
Education: Bachelors degree in marketing or business-related discipline preferable
Qualifications & Experience
