Drupal Themes form part of the Drupalcontent management framework, on the front end. Drupal offer over 2,400 different themes that can change the website’s default presentation and design characteristics. The themes are developed through standardised formats that can be generated by common third party theme design engines.
Themes are written in the PHP Template engine and in the XTemplate
engine but the PHP Template is more common. These engines, provided in
Drupal, reduce the complexity of the process and make it more flexible
for the user. The system uses the template engine to clearly
differentiate HTML/CSS languages and PHP.
Our development teams have developed Drupal Themes for a number of projects in the past and would be happy to discuss any potential projects you have in mind for the platform.
Do you have a project built on Drupal that you’d like to migrate to another platform? Or do you have something you’d like moved over to Drupal? Check out our list of migrations for more details about how we work.
